We, the undersigned, call on the Mayors, City Council Members, and City Managers of Prescott, Prescott Valley, Chino Valley to remove all Flock Safety surveillance cameras and cancel all current contracts and agreements between the City of Prescott and Flock Safety. We also urge the City of Dewey to not enter into any contracts with Flock Safety.

Flock Safety systems collect and store data on the public without warrants, individualized suspicion, or meaningful consent. These systems monitor the movements of residents, visitors, and families who have committed no crime.

Public safety does not require mass surveillance of the community.

We urge the City of Prescott, Prescott Valley, Chino Valley, and the City of Dewey to:

  • Remove all Flock Safety cameras
  • Cancel all existing Flock Safety contracts
  • Reject future agreements for mass surveillance technology
